I’m a sustainability strategist, program designer, and practitioner with more than two decades of experience working across foodservice, hospitality, grocery, large-scale events, and nonprofit and industry initiatives.I design and pilot sustainability programs grounded in data that reduce food waste, strengthen operations, and translate strategy into real-world execution.
